We have made every effort to showcase our different SnapBack hat colours with our product images, however please be aware that colours may vary due to computer/phone colour display accuracy.
Each TUDE! SnapBack hat is carefully personalised to each & every order so we are unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking, have a change of mind or it does not fit.
TUDE! will not accept responsibility for customers incorrect spelling or input of orders. If by chance you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately at: email@example.com. However, if this request is not received in time we will not be liable for costs associated.
We use special high quality embroidery rayon thread in our machines. Please ensure you select the correct colour when placing your order as we cannot be responsible for any incorrect colour choices.
Please be aware that embroidery thread colours may vary slightly.
We use CAPITAL letters for all our embroidery and the font style is standard. The more letters you request, the smaller the font will appear to allow it to fit on the SnapBack. The shorter names, nicknames & initials tend to work out and look the best.

If wrongfully selecting pick ups, postage must be paid within 2 days of TUDE! contacting you. If not paid order will be cancelled and be treated as abandoned by the customer.
